We offer over 5,000 sq/ft of customizable space. With a massive DJ deck that overhangs above the dance floor.
Audio and Visuals:
Programmable LED lighting under each bar, stairs, and seating booth area. Immense 150" by 80" customizable LED TV wall. With 1 to 4 different visuals playing at once controlled via software. Overhanging 2 wifi enabled projectors emitting on our wall canvas. Specific programmable lighting enhanced with a Antari haze machine. Capable of individual spot lighting and interchangeable programmable color schemes. Light show includes 24 moving beams, 24 light wash spread, 4 canon strobes.
Sound System:
Includes 14 JBL speaker system, powered by 4x3500 amplifiers capable of up to 110 dB. DJ will have access to the latest Pioneer DJ equipment. Live music capable with generous space for up to an 8 person band.

Catwalk
Located in the lower level of the building, the unique style of the Catwalk offers a fresh alternative to traditional event spaces. With its modern-industrial design and "boiler-room" decor, it is a regular fixture in the music video and video gaming world. The centerpiece catwalk extends between different platforms, creating a multi-level scene while highlighting the versatility of the venue.
The Catwalk is 7,180 square feet and can accommodate up to 600 guests for a cocktail party.
